Absolutely. I am local to Orewa and happy to meet across the Hibiscus Coast, or by phone and video if that suits you better.

I work with a wide panel of banks and non-bank lenders, so we can compare options rather than being tied to one. Which lender suits you best depends on your situation, and we work that out together.
I am looking at a new build in Millwater or Milldale. Can you help?
Yes. New build and construction lending is a key part of my work, and the Millwater, Milldale and Silverdale growth areas are right on my doorstep.
What does your advice cost me?
In most cases there is no cost to you for the advice. Where a lender pays a commission on settlement, that covers it. Full details are in my disclosure document, available free on request.
